Organic white wine from Ricardelle de Lautrec, Pays d'Oc.

Domaine Ricardelle de Lautrec is situated just outside the village of Coursan at the crossroads of three major wine regions; the Clape, the Minervois and Corbières. The Via Domitia canal, built by the Romans, runs the whole length of the 40-hectare vineyard.

Lionel Boutié, is the fourth generation of winemaker to oversee this wholly organic estate which features an impressive range of grape varieties,including viognier, chardonnay, sauvignon, muscat sec, merlot, cabernet and syrah all under IGP Pays d'Oc. His speciality is taking grape varieties from other well-known regions to produce stunning wines with a distinctly mediterranean flavour. His delicious white viognier is a case in point.
