By using our website and buying wine from Vinitek Sudouest you agree to our Terms and Conditions as set out below.

• The prices indicated on our shop pages are stated in Euro and include VAT and local duties. They do not include packaging and delivery costs which are calculated at the end of your order.

• Vinitek Sudouest reserves the right to modify its prices and delivery costs without notice.

On delivery of your wine, and before signing, please check the condition of the goods. In the unfortunate event of damage or missing items, please indicate this on the delivery docket in the presence of the courier. Then notify Vinitek Sudouest within THREE DAYS to arrange a suitable alternative to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Orders are shipped to one single address in one single transaction.

• We aim to deliver to most European destinations within three to four working days of processing your order subject to unforseen delays.

Orders placed with Vinitek Sudouest from other European countries are subject to VAT and excise duties at French rates. Customers mandate us to carry out delivery of the goods on their behalf with a transporter of our choice. In accordance with EU law, the maximum purchase, strictly for personal consumption, is 90 litres of still wine. By accepting our Terms & Conditions, the customer has agreed to these limits. Orders in excess of these limits will be refused.

• Conforming with article L121-18, the client has a cooling off period of 7 days starting on the date of delivery. During this period you may return your order, at your own expense, in the original packaging, and in good condition, to SARL Vinitek Sudouest, 6, Place de l’Eglise, 81120, Dénat. A full refund for the value of the goods will then be made.

• In compliance with article L.3342-1 of the code of public health, the sale of alcohol to minors is forbidden. Minors may not order wine through this website.

• Vinitek Sudouest reminds customers that the abuse of alcohol is dangerous for health and that alcohol should be consumed in moderation.
