Raised in oak barrels for 11 months, this natural organic red from the Languedoc has no added sulfites nor added yeasts.
Light ruby in colour, the nose opens to a bouquet of redcurrant, cherry, toasted almond with just subtle hints of spice and licquorice.
Soft tannins give way to a fresh and concentrated fruity finish.
Best enjoyed in the next 6 - 8 years with grilled fish, roasted poultry, white meats or mild cheese.
