A true 'vin de garage' with production limited to just 1,500 bottles each year, this is the bigger, bolder brother of the very popular Château Bubas.
The grapes are vinified in barrel without crushing and only the very best of this already exceptional juice is placed in oak barrels for 12 months.
Deep ruby robe, the nose is powerful with notes of black pepper, spice and red fruit. Rich balanced tannins and a long final note where hints of liquorice and coffee prevail. This wine is ready to enjoy but can easily keep 10-12 years - one for the cellar maybe?
