Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months with no yeasts added during fermentation in keeping with the principle of 'natural' wine making.
This sweet Gaillac white shimmers gold in colour with a nose of apricot and ripe apple. A nice concentration of fruit scents not overly sweet but rather soft and 'moelleux'.
Serve at 6-8 degrees and match with foie gras, apple pie or chocolate cake.
