Loin de l'oeil and Sauvignon Blanc
Fermented in French oak barrels this Gaillac white wine reveals a nose of peaches and pears with subtle hints of vanilla.
To taste, it is rich - thanks to the Loin de l'oeil and remains crisp and fresh thanks to the Sauvignon Blanc. The balanced finish returns to the aromas of the nose (peaches and pears) while there are also traces of dill and anise.
Serve at around 10°C with fish, poultry and white meats. It also works very well with goats cheese. It can be stored in a cellar for four to five years.
